Description

Participants, who must be primary or secondary school students in Hong Kong, may enter either or both the slogan and colouring competitions. The theme is "遠離網上淫褻及不雅内容" (Stay away from obscene and indecent online content) in Chinese only. Each participant can submit one entry and must ensure originality and compliance with the theme, with no inappropriate or illegal content. The competition requires parental or guardian consent for minors and entries must be submitted via school teachers, parents, or guardians. The OFNAA reserves the rights to use, edit, and distribute the entries without compensation and participants agree to assign intellectual property rights to OFNAA. Detailed terms govern the entries and disqualification rules apply for non-compliance.
