The LSESU Economics Society Essay Competition invites high school seniors and students in their final or penultimate year of secondary school worldwide to submit original essays responding to challenging economic questions. Entrants demonstrate analytical skills and economic insight on topics such as AI, social identity, trade policy, and conflict. Essays are judged on originality, argument quality, writing, and evidence strength. Winners receive certificates and Amazon gift cards.
