The Mediation Essay Competition 2026, organised by the Department of Justice alongside the Education Bureau, Asia Conflict Resolution Institute Limited, and Rotary International District 3450, seeks to encourage youth engagement with the concept of mediation. The competition invites essays that explore mediation's role and skills in building harmony and peace, supporting Hong Kong’s positioning as a mediation capital. Submission requires completing and sending the enrolment form and essay via email within the application period. The competition aims to equip youth with mediation knowledge, laying a foundation for sustainable peace and prosperity in the city.
